Business Details
Our Rates
We currently charge $1,000 Sunday- Thursday a night with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Friday and Saturday nights are $1,200, making our Victorian home perfect for weekend getaways. Ideal for groups, it's the perfect spot to relax, explore, and create lasting memories together.
Your Stay
Upon Booking
At The Pink Catawba House, we aim to ensure your stay is as comfortable and seamless as possible. Upon your arrival at our rental home, either we or our property manager will personally meet you to check you in. During this time, we'll walk you through the house, familiarize you with its features, and answer any questions you may have. Before your departure, we'll also meet with you to go through the property and assist with the check-out process.
Please note that there is a $150 cleaning fee for each stay to ensure the property is spotless for every guest. Additionally, a $500 deposit is required to hold your dates and serves as a damage waiver. This deposit will be fully refundable after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property.
